May 28th saw some heated Strider Cup action in Rapid City, SD (the birthplace of the Strider!). The Black Hills Fat Tire Festival was the perfect stage for Strider racing for 2 to 5 year olds. It was a beautiful partly cloudy day with no rain in Striderville.
Between the four classes there were 43 racers with huge crowds to cheer them on! We are updating photos and information on the Strider Cup Facebook wall as they come in. If you have some photos or video you want to share please do so there! We had so many kids we had to run heats with the top racers going into the Feature Main, and the bottom going into the consolation main.
